I am incredibly excited to recently join the Morlina Events Team in December 2012!
I had spent the last five and a half years working for the Founders Inn and Spa in Virginia Beach, first in the Conference Planning Department and later as a Catering Sales Manager, where I not only had the pleasure of helping brides plan their big day, but also was the planner for social events, corporate events, Regent University events, and for the annual Founders’ Illumination to kickoff the Christmas Season. Before settling in Hampton Roads, I worked as the Base Entertainment Coordinator for Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily, Italy, where I worked with Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR), Armed Forces Entertainment and the USO to bring shows, entertainment and celebrities to the community of 10,000 servicemembers, contractors and their families. Prior to that, I worked in Hollywood with Stan Rosenfield and Associates, learning the art of public relations.
I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband. I also have two boys, who are my pride and enjoy.
Everyone has a calling in their life... I thought that mine was to be a teacher! Apparently, there were other plans for me! I have found through my life experiences, that I am meant to be an Event Planner. I love helping people celebrate the important moments in their lives. I love making people happy!
